How to choose a marketing agency in Delhi: 10 questions to ask
Ten questions to ask any marketing agency in Delhi before you sign, and what a good answer sounds like.

Delhi has hundreds of marketing agencies, from one-person studios to large networks. The right one for you depends on what you need and how you like to work. These ten questions help you find out quickly.
First, know what you need
Write one paragraph: what you sell, who buys it, what you want to change in the next six months. If you cannot write it, start there. A good agency will help, but you will get better answers if you bring a brief.
Ten questions
- Can I see work for brands like mine? Ask for live links, not only a deck.
- Who will work on my account, and who is my point of contact? Ask for names and roles.
- What will you do in the first 30 days? A good plan has dates and outputs.
- How do you decide what to make? Look for answers about audience and reasons, not only trends.
- Do you make everything in-house? Branding, content, video, web and ads from one team means fewer hand-offs.
- How do you report? Plain language, monthly: what went out, what worked, what changes.
- What is included in the price? Shoots, edits, revisions and ad spend are where costs grow.
- How long is the contract, and how do I leave? Be wary of long lock-ins.
- What do you need from me? A good agency tells you on day one.
- Can I speak to a client? Two or three references are normal.
Red flags
- Guaranteed followers, reach or sales.
- A portfolio of logos with no live work behind it.
- Vague pricing, or pricing that changes after the pitch.
- No named people.
